How can I schedule a free at home Sales Appointment?

What if I have to reschedule my Sales Appointment?

To reschedule an appointment, please contact 877-335-6330; a representative will be available to assist you.   Please do not setup another appointment online.

What information would the Sales Representative need to place an order?

To place an order the sales representative would need the required deposit in a form of Cash, Check, Money Order, American Express, Visa, or Mastercard..

When can I expect my Sales Representative to arrive?

Your sales representative will arrive anytime within the two-hour window that you initially selected during appointment set-up. For a more up to date window feel free to call a customer service representative

Why must all parties making the decision be present for the entire appointment?

Sales representatives cannot leave samples at your home. If there is more than one person required for a purchase decision, they would need to be present to view the samples at the time of the visit and discuss purchasing options.

What products can be installed next day?

Any of our in stock products can be installed the next day

What about area rugs?

Floors from home does offer area rugs as well as offers custom made area rugs to suit your needs

Does Floors From Home dispose of my old product?

Floors From Home does offer haul away options; details can be provide at time of appointment

Does Floors From Home clean carpet?

Yes, we can schedule a carpet cleaning, however, we do not provide in home estimates for this service.  If you call a customer service representative with approximate room sizes they would be able to provide you with a estimate.

How can I schedule an installation appointment?

For in stock products a installation appointment can be made during the sales call. For customer order products a sales representative will call you to make an appointment.

When will my installer arrive at my home?

You will be given a window at time of making appointment.

Does Floors From Home move furniture?

Yes, Floors From Home does move basic furniture.
